Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your Cardypedia account and associated account data from inside the app. If you no longer have access to the app, you can submit a deletion request from this page.
Delete your account in Cardypedia
The fastest way to delete your account is through Cardypedia's in-app account deletion option. Open Cardypedia, go to the account or profile settings where the deletion option is shown, choose Delete Account, and follow the confirmation steps.
This is a permanent account deletion, not a temporary suspension or deactivation.
Request deletion without the app
If Cardypedia is no longer installed, you cannot access your account, or the in-app deletion option is unavailable to you, you can start a deletion request here.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, session tokens, payment information, IMEI, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Account deletion request
Enter an email address where Sanchivo Support can contact you. If you know your Cardypedia ID, including it can help us identify the correct account. A reason is optional.
How ownership is verified
Submitting a request does not automatically delete an account. We do not delete a Cardypedia account only because someone enters an email address, display name, or Cardypedia ID. Before a manual deletion request is completed, Sanchivo may require reasonable account-specific verification to reduce the risk of deleting another person's account.
For Google-signed-in accounts, verification may use the identity associated with the Cardypedia account. Guest accounts do not have a verified email address, so additional account-specific verification may be necessary. If ownership cannot be verified with reasonable confidence, the account will not be deleted based only on the web request.
What is deleted
When a Cardypedia account deletion is confirmed, the account itself and associated user-owned backend records are deleted. The service also performs cleanup of account-linked social data where applicable, including related friend relationships and requests, block and recent-player references, invitation relationships, and direct-message conversations associated with the deleted account.
For Guest accounts, the locally stored app-generated Guest identifier and Guest label are removed when the in-app deletion flow completes on that device.
If a supported Google-signed-in account has an uploaded profile photo, Cardypedia attempts to remove the active Firebase Storage avatar as part of account cleanup. Remote storage cleanup is best-effort, so a residual copy may remain temporarily if automatic deletion cannot be completed immediately.
Information that may be retained
Some limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud and abuse prevention, moderation, dispute handling, legal compliance, or enforcement of our rules. For example, a moderation report may contain a limited snapshot of a reported profile, message, or gameplay context even after the underlying account is deleted.
Backups, security logs, or provider records may also take time to be overwritten, rotated, or removed through normal operational processes. Retained information is not used to recreate the deleted Cardypedia account.
Before you delete
- Account deletion is permanent and the deleted Cardypedia account cannot be restored.
- A new Guest or Google sign-in after deletion may create a new Cardypedia account.
- Deleting Cardypedia does not delete your Google account.
- Uninstalling Cardypedia by itself does not delete your Cardypedia account.
