Community Rules
Cardypedia is built for friendly, fair, and respectful card games. These rules apply to player profiles, direct messages, room chat, invitations, gameplay interactions, and other community features.
1. Treat other players with respect
Do not harass, bully, threaten, intimidate, stalk, humiliate, or repeatedly target another player. Disagreement during a game is not an excuse for personal abuse.
Hate speech or hateful conduct based on protected or personal characteristics is not allowed.
2. No sexual exploitation or child endangerment
Do not create, request, share, promote, or facilitate sexual exploitation, abuse, grooming, sexualization of minors, or child sexual abuse material.
Content or conduct that endangers children is prohibited and may be escalated or reported where required by applicable law.
3. Keep chat appropriate
Direct messages and room chat are for normal social interaction around Cardypedia. Do not use them for sexually explicit content, graphic abuse, serious threats, targeted harassment, or other objectionable material.
Repeated attempts to evade moderation or safety controls by changing spelling, symbols, spacing, or accounts may itself be treated as abusive conduct.
4. Protect personal and account information
Do not ask other players for passwords, authentication codes, session information, payment credentials, or other sensitive account information.
Do not publish another person's private or sensitive personal information without an appropriate lawful basis or permission. Avoid sharing your own sensitive information in public or player-facing areas.
5. No scams, spam, or malicious content
Do not use Cardypedia to send scams, phishing attempts, credential requests, malicious links, malware, repetitive spam, deceptive promotions, or fraudulent messages.
Game invitations and social features must not be abused to flood, pressure, or deceive other users.
6. Do not impersonate others
Do not impersonate another player, person, organization, moderator, Sanchivo, or Cardypedia staff. Profile names, avatars, and other profile elements must not be used to deliberately mislead others about who you are.
7. Play fairly
Do not use cheats, exploits, unauthorized automation, modified clients, collusion, or other methods intended to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate matches.
Do not intentionally disrupt games, abuse reconnect or matchmaking systems, repeatedly interfere with other players' ability to play, or attack Cardypedia's services.
8. Respect blocking and other safety controls
If another user blocks you, do not attempt to bypass that restriction through alternate accounts, invitations, or other methods. Do not try to circumvent rate limits, reporting tools, moderation controls, or technical safeguards.
9. Use reports responsibly
Cardypedia provides reporting tools for supported profiles, messages, room chat, and gameplay situations. Use them when you reasonably believe a rule or safety violation occurred.
Deliberately submitting false, abusive, repetitive, or retaliatory reports may itself be treated as misuse of the service.
10. Moderation and enforcement
Reports may include limited profile, message, or gameplay context needed to review the incident. A report does not automatically mean that the reported player violated these rules.
Where reasonably necessary and technically available, Sanchivo may take proportionate action such as restricting abusive behavior, limiting access to community features, preserving relevant evidence, or taking other measures needed to protect users and the service.
Serious or repeated violations may result in stronger restrictions or loss of access to Cardypedia, where such enforcement is available and appropriate.
11. These rules work together with our Terms
These Community Rules supplement the Terms of Service. The Privacy Policy explains how Cardypedia handles information, including information associated with reports and moderation.
